Each service or product offered is subject to its own guidelines and procedures, which will be provided prior to consultation or prescription fulfillment.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices for products and services are listed on our website or provided to you during consultation and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

3. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our services and pharmaceutical products:
- Services: Once a service has been rendered (e.g., telemedicine consultation, aesthetic treatment), no refunds will be issued. If a service needs to be rescheduled, please refer to our cancellation policy.
- Pharmaceuticals: In compliance with federal and state regulations, all sales of prescription medications and pharmaceutical products are final. No returns or refunds will be allowed for pharmaceuticals once they are dispensed, in accordance with the law.
4. Service Availability
Service availability is subject to scheduling and the discretion of SBM’s medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is determined that a patient is not a suitable candidate for a particular treatment or if it would be medically inappropriate.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Consultations and Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or treatment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a full charge for the service.
- Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded, and the full amount of the service will be charged.
6. Shipping and Delivery (if applicable)
For products that are shipped (e.g., pharmaceuticals or wellness products):
- We process and ship orders promptly after receiving payment. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Soul Body Mind Aesthetics and Wellness does not accept insurance for the products or services offered. All payments are the responsibility of the client at the time of purchase.

SBM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to missed results, delays, or product misuse. Our liability in all cases will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.
